PRE-PRIMARY SECTION

ADMISSION NOTICE OF Jr.K.G. FOR THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2026-2027

 

       1. AGE  ELIGIBILITY : CHILD BORN NOT BEFORE 01.07.2021 AND NOT AFTER 31.12.2022.

       2. Fill all the fields in the online application form. (all fields are mandatory)

       3. After completion of form, save it and take a print out for submission.

       4. Affix recent passport size photograph of the child on the box provided in the application form, Parents have  
           to sign the form and attach the following documents in following order :-

a) Child’s Birth certificate, Aadhar card, Child’s Blood Group, Height, Weight, Any One Residential Proof i.e. (electricity bill or leave & license agreement ) & Caste Certificate.

b) CHILD’S AADHAR CARD IS COMPULSORY.

c) The spelling of name in birth certificate and aadhar card must be same.

d) All the required documents should be attached at the time of form submission failing which application will  not be considered.

       5. Keep xerox copies of each attachments and form with you for future reference.

       6. Submit the form along with required documents on the  specified date.

       7. ONLY ONLINE FORMS WILL BE CONSIDERED STRICTLY FOR ADMISSION

       8. FEES MUST BE PAID THROUGH DEMAND DRAFT/PAY ORDER OR CASH ONLY.

       9. FEES TO BE PAID ON THE PRESCRIBED DATE  FAILING WHICH ADMISSION GET CANCELLED AUTOMATICALLY.        

     10. INCORRECT / INCOMPLETE FORMS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.

ONLY 600 FORMS WILL BE AVAILABLE

Visit our Website: https\\www.thevanischool.org and go to the "PRE-PRIMARY SECTION", read all the dropdowns and click on "ONLINE ADMISSION FORM" and click on the NEW ADMISSION FORM  to fill the details, at the end CREATE LOGIN – ID WITH YOUR PASSWORD. Website will be available for filling form from 10.12.2025 to 10.01.2026. After 600 Forms the website will be closed. Edit option will be available from 10.12.2025 to 10.01.2026 for correcting  mistakes if any. No correction will be allowed once form is submitted to school.

Availability of forms on Website From 1001 to 1600

10th December, 2025(Wednesday) to 10th January, 2026 (Saturday)

Forms will be activated at 1.30 p.m.

Take a print out of completed forms and submit to school authorities

12th January, 2026 (Monday)

Submission timing between 1.30 p.m. to 3.30 p.m.

Issue of Token (At our School premises)

Saturday 17th January, 2026

Between 3.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m.

Open House/Scrutiny of Forms.(At our School premises)

Sunday 18th January, 2026

Between 8.00 a.m. to 10.00 a.m.

Display of list for selected candidates at our Website only  (List will not be displayed at School)

Saturday 24th January, 2026

From 1.30 p.m. to 10.00 p.m

Payment of fees

Saturday 7th February, 2026

Between  1.00 p.m. to 3.00 p.m.

Conducting Lottery for the Selected Child for Aided & Unaided section (At our School premises)

          Sunday 22nd February, 2026

Between 9.00 a.m. to 10.30 a.m.

Cost of forms : Rs.200/- (Two Hundred Only) (Non - Refundable) will be charged at the time of submission of forms.

Note : Parents are requested not to bring the child on the day of Submission of Forms instead they should bring the child on the day of the Open House /Scrutiny of Forms. It is preferable if any one parent accompanies the child in order to avoid crowding.

 
Scrutiny of Forms / Open House:


1.Token will be issued in school.
2.Open House is organized in the school. Any one parent and child must be present.
3.Invitation is only for those, whose application fit into our criteria and completed in all aspect will be
considered.
4.All valid applicants will be invited.

 

NOTE
1. Admission  to the children will be considered, preferably if parents reside within the radius of one kilometer from the school.
2. Outstation parents need not fill the admission form.
3. After filling up the online form take a print out of the same and affix the photograph of the child, attach the copy  of  the Birth certificate and Aadhar card of the child for  details refer prospectus.  Duly filled Forms should  be  submitted  by  the  parents on the dates mentioned above.
4. A Stamp size photograph of the child is to be affixed on the right hand corner of the form.

5. Issue of  forms  & Prospectus does not guarantee admission and likewise issue of token for scrutiny does not guarantee admission.

6.Token for the scrutiny of the selected applications will be issued at our school office and no token will be issued thereafter.  

7. Open House / Scrutiny of forms will be done in our school, Parent have to attend it with their  ward along with the Token on the day they are called and will not be entertained subsequently.

8. Parents should not visit the School prior to display on website Display of List for selected candidate  will be available on the Website and will not be displayed in school.

9.Underage & Overage forms will not be accepted.

10. Parents who are coming under caste category have to produce caste certificate.

11.No sort of recommendation for admission will be entertained.

12. The Management reserves its right to deny admission without assigning any reason.

13. Wrong information provided in the application form by the parents will disqualify them from going to the next round and their application will be rejected.
